Quality is at the forefront of all programs and projects of ESS. Whether at headquarters, one of our satellite sites or with one of our partners or clients, Quality matters.
Our ISO 9001:2000 registration is well embedded in our corporate structure; we continue to refine our quality management system programs.
ESS plans to achieve accreditation with the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (ASCLD) for our Computer Forensic Laboratory. We are currently working on completing the requirements and expect to be accredited in 2008.
ESS plans to be compliant with and assessed to CMMI for Services Level 3 for our systems engineering programs.
The corporate Quality Manager also oversees quality programs at our field offices. Best practices from ISO and our other quality programs are passed down to the field sites where they are needed.
