Engineering Systems Solutions Selected to Develop an Enterprise Identity Safety Strategic Plan for the Department of Veterans Affairs

Frederick, MD – Engineering Systems Solutions (ESS) today announced that it has been awarded a multi-year contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to develop and implement an Enterprise Identity Safety Strategic Plan and provide Digital Forensics support. The contract will be undertaken by ESS’ new strategic consulting division and spearheaded by Laura Nash, the division’s recently-appointed director.
Since the May 2006 loss of personal information, the VA has taken aggressive action to ensure that veterans' data receives the highest standard of security and privacy protection. ESS fully understands that a key objective of this effort is to protect personally identifiable information, using industry and government best practices, to assist VA in achieving the “Gold Standard” and becoming a model agency in Enterprise Identity Safety.
ESS has selected Dreifus Associates Limited, Inc. (DAL) as their partner for the VA contract. DAL has extensive experience supporting identity safety best practices worldwide. As a results-oriented organization, DAL has been instrumental in helping their clients in the financial and healthcare industries and government develop next generation identity management and protection solutions.
