Engineering Systems Solutions Appoints Kelli Johnson Business Development Manager

Frederick, MD – FREDERICK, Md. (July 17, 2007) – Engineering Systems Solutions (ESS) announced that Kelli Johnson joined them as business development manager. Johnson will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing business development processes for ESS. In addition, she will handle the strategic relationships with content and technological partners.
Johnson has a solid background in business development, contracting, market research analysis, proposal development and project coordination. She served in the United States Marine Corps as a communications specialist for the Department of Defense. Johnson also managed business development and market research projects for various government contractors who conducted business with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health and Human Services and the United States Department of Agriculture.

She has a strong military background with more than 10 years of experience in business development for small companies,” said Dave Belak, vice president of business development and chief marketing officer for ESS. “Her exceptional track record of allocating products and services within government agencies will be invaluable as our company continues to expand.”
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Suffield University. She is based out of their Frederick headquarters on Industry Lane.
