Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jay Nathan, a retired Air Force Officer, has over 30 years of federal contracting experience.
He holds a M.S. degree in Telecommunications and has extensive systems engineering experience in addition to having a comprehensive and intimate knowledge of government requirements in the emerging systems integration area.
Mr. Nathan is an expert in database systems and managed a multi-million dollar worldwide military C3 system for the Air Force while on active duty.
