General William T. Hobbins
Gen. Tom Hobbins retired February 1, 2008, as Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe; Commander, NATO Allied Air Component Command, Ramstein; and Director, Joint Air Power Competence Centre, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. There, he was responsible for Air Force activities in a theater spanning three continents, covering more than 20 million square miles, 93 countries and territories, and possessing one-fourth of the world's population and about one-third of the world's Gross Domestic Product.

Major General Gary W. O'Shaughnessy
Major General Gary O’Shaughnessy completed 33 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Major General in 1993. During his Air Force career, he commanded units and managed intelligence activities in Europe and the Pacific. Just prior to retirement, he was Commander of the 16,000 people in Air Force Intelligence Command (now AIA) and the Joint Electronic Warfare Center (JEWC) in San Antonio, Texas.
Brigadier General V. Wayne Lloyd
Brigadier General V. Wayne Lloyd retired 30 April 2004 as the Commander and Chief of Staff, West Virginia Air National Guard. The West Virginia Air National Guard had over 2300 members and consisted of two C-130 flying units, the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, WV, and the 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, WV. As Commander and Chief of Staff, he was and is the principal advisor to the Adjutant General and provided command and control over all ANG forces assigned to the State.

James Eccleston is currently the President of Eccleston Integrated Services in Chantilly VA where he is serving as an executive advisor for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force and commercial “best of breed” software and service providers to the U.S. Federal Government.

Topside provides strategic consulting services to commercial and government clients that are involved in the outsourcing of government services to the private sector. All of Topside’s Partners and Senior Associates have managed major outsourcing operations from either the government or the private sector side. Clients include major Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies with critical missions.
James F. McGuirk II
James F. McGuirk II started AKLM Consulting in November 2002. The focus is market research, market positioning, market strategy, partner alliance programs and M&A strategy in the Government Technology Marketplace. Prior to this position, Mr. McGuirk was the Vice President of Worldwide Government for Siebel Systems Inc.
